Diana Suarez, MD

Diana Suarez, MD, is a board-certified internist at AssociatesMD in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. With years of experience in internal medicine, Dr. Suarez also sub-specializes in Infectious Diseases. Her training and passion for primary care make her the ideal provider for both new and returning patients. 

Dr. Suarez graduated with honors from the Federico Villarreal National University in Lima, Peru, in 1983. She attended New York Medical College for her residency and in 1993, settled in South Florida. She has been practicing medicine for over 40 years. 

Since her move to Fort Lauderdale, Dr. Suarez has had an impressive amount of experience, including work in the Broward County Health Department Women’s Wellness Clinic, Broward County Veterans Clinic, urgent care settings, and, most recently, serving the geriatric community in private practice.

Dr. Suarez prides herself on providing quality care and aims to partner with her patients in achieving their optimal health goals. She speaks English and Spanish and will work with patients to establish the best point of care for them to live a healthy, happy lifestyle.
