I was seen by all three ladies at this facility- the Xray Tech, Med. Assistant and Slyllia the Nurse Practitioner. She was very thorough and asked many questions. Everyone was very obliging and courteous.

Dr Grossman was very patient and thorough. She actually listened and took her time to explain everything. I loved her approach and how she is going to deal with my situation

This visit went wonderfully. The physician was a passionate listener who made the visit and instructions not only clear but also accommodated my age and scheduling needs. The office staff were easy and pleasant to schedule follow-up appointments. Frankly, this was overall the best health care visit I have experienced in several years. 0 stars, worst doctor experience I have ever had with a doctor. She verbally abused me and yelled at me in front of the entire office after refusing to prescribe me a medication that I have been taking for years. She treated me as though I am an addict and spoke to me as though I am her child. She entered the appointment with an attitude and barely even looked at me. I have never had such a horrific traumatizing experience with a doctor.

Good morning my name is Casilda B. Diaz. Dr. Estrada really good doctor. She knows what she’s doing. She care about the patient but there’s only one thing that you guys lacking off meaning that in a scale off 1 to 10 being 10 good and 1 poor I gave you a one why because it’s really hard the communication in the office in the administration, the main office to get the appointment is really hard and there’s not a direct number to the office with Dr. straight you have to go in person and talk to them and that’s not good so please address that and the other thing you should get some music some instrumental music to the office and people are using the phones in the office and talking so loud and you should address that thank you very much. Otherwise I give a five star to Dr. Estrada not to the office.

Very professional, she doesn't miss a thing, helps with free sample meds. if available. I changed insurance and now have to pay $40 co pay each time I see her as she is out of my network but it's well worth it.

It was my first visit to this emergency center and I highly recommend it. I almost didn’t wait before being received by the nurse, very pleasant, smiling and very professional. Same with the doctor who examined me. I felt confident, with additional examination prescriptions and painkillers. The entire staff is very welcoming, everything is well organized and the premises are very clean. If I have a medical emergency again, that’s where I’ll go.

Very friendly doctor, a good listener she gives good advice on she cares for her patients well. Her warm presence filled the room when she entered the room. I was scared the second time I went to see her’ I was very nervous that I even told the nurse that did my vitals, she laughed on said that don’t worry we don’t bite. But has soon as miss Nicole enter the room with that peaceful smile, all my worries went away. I can recommend her to everyone who feels like , how I was feeling. Smiles

Very accommodating and staff is very attentive and communicative. Jennifer took a lot of time with me to answer questions and explain meds and lab results despite being the very last appointment of the day. Would definitely recommend to others.

Dr Katanick is a very knowledgeable and very caring doctor. She has been my physician for many years. I am in a wheelchair and when I can’t get up, she comes down. And when she thinks necessary she follows up with a phone call. And her assistant Kerri is just as Wonderful.

She was the best primary care provider. She quickly noticed I had a sinus infection and provided me with the best medicine. Her nurse, Tina (I think her name was Tina), was so good—she injected me without causing any pain.

Dr. Saint Fort is an excellent primary care physician. He takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly, which makes each visit feel personal and reassuring. I also really appreciate that he speaks Creole, it’s a big plus for me and shows his cultural awareness and dedication to serving a diverse community. Even though my husband likes Dr, I’m concerned that every time we visit, I have to go over all my husbands’ issues again. His history is in the files and I would prefer to discuss what’s presently going on instead of wasting time starting from the beginning.

Very concern about my health

Having been Dr. Katanick's patient for over 20 years, I can say that every experience with my visits, whether in person or via a telemed conference, have always been exactly what I needed, medically and personally. This particular conference came when I had just been discharged from hospital after major open heart surgery. Apart from wanting Dr.Katanick to be aware of my new medications and my condition, I needed a nurse to be requested to be sent to my home to continue my treatment. Dr.Katanick ordered that right away, and the next day the nurse came and treated me. Dr. Katanick has always know what I needed at the moment, and I trust her completely with my medical treatment. I cannot think of any other physician upon whom I could place more trust.

I wish i can give her 10 stars. She's one of a kind, very personable, caring and patient. I will continue bringing friends and family to see her.
