Dr.Carolyn was out due to emergency but Ms.Bailey was my care and she was amazing and caring, she explain my lab results and gave me plane how to handle my lab results , Kevin was great taking my vitals and asking all necessary questions for evaluation , Debra was amazing trying to help me get my ultra sound and blood work schedule and approved with insurance and Sophia helping me with my follow up and referrals . Even though they were swamp they manage pretty good. We just need to be patient with one another , I like coming here , good staff and smiling always .

Dr Katanick is a very knowledgeable and very caring doctor. She has been my physician for many years. I am in a wheelchair and when I can’t get up, she comes down. And when she thinks necessary she follows up with a phone call. And her assistant Kerri is just as Wonderful.

She was the best primary care provider. She quickly noticed I had a sinus infection and provided me with the best medicine. Her nurse, Tina (I think her name was Tina), was so good—she injected me without causing any pain.

Very concern about my health

Having been Dr. Katanick's patient for over 20 years, I can say that every experience with my visits, whether in person or via a telemed conference, have always been exactly what I needed, medically and personally. This particular conference came when I had just been discharged from hospital after major open heart surgery. Apart from wanting Dr.Katanick to be aware of my new medications and my condition, I needed a nurse to be requested to be sent to my home to continue my treatment. Dr.Katanick ordered that right away, and the next day the nurse came and treated me. Dr. Katanick has always know what I needed at the moment, and I trust her completely with my medical treatment. I cannot think of any other physician upon whom I could place more trust.

I wish i can give her 10 stars. She's one of a kind, very personable, caring and patient. I will continue bringing friends and family to see her.

My doctor is so concerned about helping me with the best medical advice to live a better life. She's very thorough & will address or answer any of my questions. Instead of placing me on medication, she encouraged me to do a bladder sonogram; in the last 10 years, no medical personnel never mentioned such to help in my situation (Incontinence). 5 thumbs up

Deteriorated place. Used to go a few years back and was great under Dr Maric. Went for an annual check and was told had to do a consultation first (charged as a sick visit) as the doctor "did not know me", Ridiculous. I explained the nurse and receptionist i had been there several times, I even have my results from my online portal from previous visits, yet they insisted did not have records of any visit. Very bad attention and mood from everyone, only interested in charging more. Never going again

The environment was very clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, especially Nurse Nini, Office Manager Nathalie (or Natali), and Dr. Carolyn Maldonado-Garcia. Dr. Maldonado-Garcia was direct, observant, a great listener, and both kind and approachable.

Jeff is the best medical professional I have ever met. He is compassionate knowledgeable, and 100% professional… I have never felt such good care in my life. I think he and his team take time and care to make sure everything is checked and that if there’s an issue they have referred me to specialist that have been the best in the industry as well… I am only with insurance company that I utilize because of Jeff and his team it is more expensive than the insurance companies offered elsewhere. However, it is 100% worth extra expense to have such incredible amd amazing care. There’s plenty of doctors and offices to go to…people have choices to make… My loyalty and support go to this team. They are a true asset to the practice. I would not think of going anywhere else.

Loved my experience, Dr. Maldonado-Garcia is so personable w/ great bedside manner. She is super knowledgeable and able to clearly answer any questions/concerns you may have. Always a joy with a friendly team making my office visits something that I look forward to.

If you are concerned about any test results and want a response quickly I would not advise using this practice. I had an x-ray done at their location and had to call and follow up after a week because the doctor had not called me to discuss. In addition I had an MRI with POM that was sent "stat" back to the doctor within 24 hrs on Jan 31 and after 10 days I had to call the location to see if results had been sent. POM had to send them to me directly because no doctor had called as of Feb 10. That same day, the doctor's office called to schedule "review of my MRI" and informed me the doctor had been "out all week". I asked for a review via phone to which they told me they could not. Again if you are concerned and want analysis of your test quickly this is not the place.

Ms. Luce Solari-Suprena is always thorough, follows up on results and previous treatments, and takes time to evaluate the patient as a while person. She goes way beyond any other provider I've seen in the past. The office staff and nurses are super nice, as well. I highly recommend this office at the Margate location!

Dr. Berg has been wonderful over the years. The staff has issues. I had to reschedule an appointment because I did not get the Lab paperwork in time to get it scheduled to make my appointment. When I checked out of the office in Oct, I asked for the lab paperwork and I was told it would be sent to me before the appointment so I could schedule at LabCorp to get blood drawn. It did not happen. When I called to get the paperwork, I was told 24 hours to get return call and it took 3 days to get that call and get emailed the lab paperwork. I had to push my appointment out because of that, and I had a prescription expire and the refill got refused because it had been over 3 months since I last saw Dr. Berg, but that was not my fault I had to push the appointment out. This is not the first time things like this have happened. Also, about 70% of the time, I always get called in to the room after my appointment time and then wait on average over 15 minutes before I see Dr. Berg. I go out of my way to travel to see Dr. Berg from my work, but I am considering finding someone closer to my work now.

We really like Dr Ramsey. She really cares about her patients. She goes above and beyond to answer all our questions. Super nice doctor.

I went to Dr. Glassman after seeing all the positive reviews, but my experience was completely different. From the moment I walked in, the appointment felt rushed. The doctor never even asked about my concerns, and when I tried to bring them up, I barely got a chance to speak. I had important questions about my health that went unanswered, and when I asked if we could run additional tests, Dr. Glassman was not only dismissive but also downright rude. A good doctor should listen to their patients and take their concerns seriously, but that was definitely not the case here. If you’re looking for someone who actually takes the time to listen and provide thoughtful care, I’d recommend going elsewhere

Dr. Escobar was a pleasure. He asked me about my questions and concerns and shared his opinions of my blood work and my medical history. He wasn’t very easy to talk to. Although I do not see the doctor at the appointed time (there's usually a wait), I understand that it is because she is taking her time. When we discuss my issues, I do not feel rushed. This is a plus. Dr. Peralta is not cookie-cutter.

Dr Ramsey is always informative. I never feel rushed and she answers all my questions. Not thrilled with the administrative part if the practice. I was running late and called the office if they would give me a few extra minutes with out making me reschedule and i asked them to ask the dr as office manager did mot make herself available. I was told if i arrived past the 15 min allowed i would have to reschedule. I was asking for 18 minutes just in case and they said no. Fortunately i arrived on time. But it eas very stressful trying ti get there on time and the admin showed no compassion. Very unsettling. If it weren’t for dr Ramsey i would leave the practice.

Dr. Estrada is a zealous advocate for her patients. She handles the modern pressure put on doctors rather well and is not afraid to do proper physical examinations, a trait surprisingly lacking in modern medicine. Above the medical aspect of her doctorate, you can tell by speaking with her that she is a true academic and highly intelligent. She can hold conversation very well and will thoroughly investigate any medical concerns that you may have. It is absolutely despicable seeing doctors working 15-minute patient rotations without a scribe or assistant. This quite literally kills doctors, and if it fails to kill them it eats away at their motivation. But, beyond our nation's unwillingness to free physicians from this never-ending cycle of abuse, Dr. Estrada has shown that her only concern when I am in the exam room is my health and well-being.
