It was my first appointment with Dr. Grossman. I was a little anxious, not sure of what to expect. I'm happy to say I was treated very well. The lady at the front desk helped me fill out the initial questionnaire and the medical assistant put me at ease. Dr. Grossman, as well, put me at ease. She answered my questions and gave me understandable explanations. Dr. Grossman is the kind of doctor I was looking for as my primary care provider.

I just like the way she addressed my concerns and responded to my questions. The staff, the nurses are to be mentioned as well since they are kind and helpful.

Dr. Grossman was a breath of fresh air. She was prompt, sat with me for nearly a half an hour to go through my history and get to know me as well. She was candid, honest and funny. It was a true pleasure and so refreshing to have a doctor actually listen and make me feel as though my care and health were their top priority. Absolutely recommend!

Wait time in the lobby was exactly 6 minutes....Wonderful From the time my vitals were taken..to actually seeing my provider, timing was perfect. It was not lengthy at all. Blood work and x-rays were done back to back. I was out of there before 2:30, my appointment was at 1:30 pm.

A very nice office with great staff, and Dr. Grossman is wonderful! Checking in was extremely easy. When I scheduled my first appointment, I was able to complete most of the paperwork online, and at the office I only needed to sign a few consent forms on an iPad—no huge clipboard or long packets to fill out. I went early in the morning (which I prefer, since offices tend to run on time), and the whole team was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Grossman reviewed my medical history with me, asked about my health goals, and genuinely listened. I appreciated that we were able to talk everything through and that she offered thoughtful feedback along with a realistic plan to help me reach those goals. She was so kind, and I am very happy to have found my new primary care physician! There is plenty of parking, and they can complete your lab work right in the office, which is incredibly convenient. They’re also attached to an urgent care, so if you need a higher level of care, it’s right there. The office was clean, modern, and well kept. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience here.

0 stars, worst doctor experience I have ever had with a doctor. She verbally abused me and yelled at me in front of the entire office after refusing to prescribe me a medication that I have been taking for years. She treated me as though I am an addict and spoke to me as though I am her child. She entered the appointment with an attitude and barely even looked at me. I have never had such a horrific traumatizing experience with a doctor.

Good morning my name is Casilda B. Diaz. Dr. Estrada really good doctor. She knows what she’s doing. She care about the patient but there’s only one thing that you guys lacking off meaning that in a scale off 1 to 10 being 10 good and 1 poor I gave you a one why because it’s really hard the communication in the office in the administration, the main office to get the appointment is really hard and there’s not a direct number to the office with Dr. straight you have to go in person and talk to them and that’s not good so please address that and the other thing you should get some music some instrumental music to the office and people are using the phones in the office and talking so loud and you should address that thank you very much. Otherwise I give a five star to Dr. Estrada not to the office.

Very professional, she doesn't miss a thing, helps with free sample meds. if available. I changed insurance and now have to pay $40 co pay each time I see her as she is out of my network but it's well worth it.

It was my first visit to this emergency center and I highly recommend it. I almost didn’t wait before being received by the nurse, very pleasant, smiling and very professional. Same with the doctor who examined me. I felt confident, with additional examination prescriptions and painkillers. The entire staff is very welcoming, everything is well organized and the premises are very clean. If I have a medical emergency again, that’s where I’ll go.

I visited this urgent care and was treated with great service. I came in for a cut on my finger and within 40 mins. I was out with 4 stitches and everything was pleasant. My finger is healing properly and my follow up visit on May 18, 2025 was pleasant as well. Special thanks to Cristina, Rafael, and Anna for your service. Happy Weekend.

If I can give cero starts I will do it , worst Doctor , she repeatedly tell you she can Give you only 15 minutes , she doesn’t explain nothing ,she doesn’t wanna answer your questions , and she leaves you very concerned about your health, I will never ever will recommend her , I will change her soon , again she is the worst !!! Run away from her !

Dr. Saint-Forte listens to what you say. He understands how nervous some patients can get just coming to a doctor's office. He has a wonderfully reassuring way to calm you. He has a great sense of humor that helps with any appointment. He takes the measure of your problems and directs a clear and helpful treatment plan. The doctor and both, Suzette and Nickiesha were wonderful! When I told Suzzett that I bruised everytime when blood is drawn, she immediately tried another spot, because she didn’t we to bruise. All the staff were very pleasant, it’s clear that they enjoy their jobs! If my insurance were accepted, I would switch primary providers in a heartbeat

My experience started at the front desk with Jordan who was kind and helpful. I might be bias because she's my daughter but Kerri is the BEST! I can't even see where she drew my blood. Dr Katanick is outstanding. She has been my doctor and my family's doctor for years. We love her and trust her.
