A very nice office with great staff, and Dr. Grossman is wonderful! Checking in was extremely easy. When I scheduled my first appointment, I was able to complete most of the paperwork online, and at the office I only needed to sign a few consent forms on an iPad—no huge clipboard or long packets to fill out. I went early in the morning (which I prefer, since offices tend to run on time), and the whole team was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Grossman reviewed my medical history with me, asked about my health goals, and genuinely listened. I appreciated that we were able to talk everything through and that she offered thoughtful feedback along with a realistic plan to help me reach those goals. She was so kind, and I am very happy to have found my new primary care physician! There is plenty of parking, and they can complete your lab work right in the office, which is incredibly convenient. They’re also attached to an urgent care, so if you need a higher level of care, it’s right there. The office was clean, modern, and well kept. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience here.

Dr. Grossman was a delight. For the first time in my 65 years of living, I had a Doctor Who spent more than a few minutes with me. She went over every lab every medication and my history until I understood on a much deeper level. We then talked about a plan to make adjustments. She’s wonderful.

I was seen by all three ladies at this facility- the Xray Tech, Med. Assistant and Slyllia the Nurse Practitioner. She was very thorough and asked many questions. Everyone was very obliging and courteous.

0 stars, worst doctor experience I have ever had with a doctor. She verbally abused me and yelled at me in front of the entire office after refusing to prescribe me a medication that I have been taking for years. She treated me as though I am an addict and spoke to me as though I am her child. She entered the appointment with an attitude and barely even looked at me. I have never had such a horrific traumatizing experience with a doctor.

She care about the patient but there’s only one thing that you guys lacking off meaning that in a scale off 1 to 10 being 10 good and 1 poor I gave you a one why because it’s really hard the communication in the office in the administration, the main office to get the appointment is really hard and there’s not a direct number to the office with Dr. straight you have to go in person and talk to them and that’s not good so please address that and the other thing you should get some music some instrumental music to the office and people are using the phones in the office and talking so loud and you should address that thank you very much. Otherwise I give a five star to Dr. Estrada not to the office.

It was my first visit to this emergency center and I highly recommend it. I almost didn’t wait before being received by the nurse, very pleasant, smiling and very professional. Same with the doctor who examined me. I felt confident, with additional examination prescriptions and painkillers. The entire staff is very welcoming, everything is well organized and the premises are very clean. If I have a medical emergency again, that’s where I’ll go.

Dr. Estrada is an excellent professional. She cares about their patients. She addressed my questions with professionalism and candor. She has been my primary doctor for 3 years. I do not go anywhere else.

Dr.Carolyn was out due to emergency but Ms.Bailey was my care and she was amazing and caring, she explain my lab results and gave me plane how to handle my lab results , Kevin was great taking my vitals and asking all necessary questions for evaluation , Debra was amazing trying to help me get my ultra sound and blood work schedule and approved with insurance and Sophia helping me with my follow up and referrals . Even though they were swamp they manage pretty good. We just need to be patient with one another , I like coming here , good staff and smiling always .

I was scared the second time I went to see her’ I was very nervous that I even told the nurse that did my vitals, she laughed on said that don’t worry we don’t bite. Dr Katanick is a very knowledgeable and very caring doctor. She has been my physician for many years. I am in a wheelchair and when I can’t get up, she comes down. And when she thinks necessary she follows up with a phone call. And her assistant Kerri is just as Wonderful.
